Eshton secured a position on the site from the land owners in 2021 by way of Option Agreements.
A planning application for over 900,000 sq ft of B2 and B8 warehousing together with Class E uses was submitted by Eshton in 2022. Consent was subsequently granted in early 2023 and occupier interest is currently being sought
